Charlie was a lovely 4 year old boy who required a new home due to a change in family circumstances in 2011.
He was great with children and was house trained, he also had a slight heart murmur however which has not held him back nor does it require any medication at this time.

UPDATE - 11 Jun 2011
We received an e-mail from Charlie's owners:
"Hi Shirley,
Charlie is neutered yes.
He loves playing out the back, loves playing with a ball and loves having a good old game of tug with you with one of his rope toys.
He also loves snuggling up beside you on the setee.....though how many potential new owners would want a boxer up on their sofa beside them I don't know!!"

Charlie went to his new home on Sunday the 4th of December.
NIBRS would like to thank Lois and Milly for giving him a new start in life.
UPDATE - 13 Dec 2011

UPDATE - 14 Dec 2015
We received an e-mail from Lois:
"Hi,
I adopted Charlie 4 years ago on 5 December 2011. Sadly he was put to sleep due to cancer on Thursday afternoon at the age of 10. He was a fantastic friend to me. He had such a great personality and made me laugh every day. He had been diagnosed with a 4.7 grade heart murmur and more recently with diabeties insipidus but still was lively and energetic and looked like a 2 year old. Unfortunately at the end of August he had a mass cell tumor which was removed. However it came back on 28 October and both I and the vet agreed that he shouldn’t undergo anymore surgery. The tumor didn’t annoy him until last Tuesday and so it was time. I am devastated and missing him terribly.
Kind regards
Lois"
