Rooney came to us because his owner was moving away, and didn’t want to bring him. He is a brilliant boy, a real comedian, but very boisterous, so he wasn’t going to be suitable for just anyone. Even though he was in kennels for a long time, it never got him down, he was always his bouncy super friendly self. A true testament to his fabulous nature.

Rooney was with us in kennels for 95 days, so his new home was long overdue.

Eventually James Large, the perfect person for Rooney, got in touch. Their first introduction went perfectly and the rest is history. Rooney settled brilliantly into his new home and has been so well behaved from day one. He loves his new garden, but so far has shunned his HUGE new bed in favour of the sofa.

James said that it was the best thing he had ever done.
